Attorney Pan is currently the  lawyer in Themis Attorneys-at-law and has been practiced law for 8 years. He has the degrees of L.L.B., College of Law, National Chengchi University and L.L.M., Civil Law Class, School of Law, Soochow University. After acquiring his lawyer license, Attorney Pan has devoted into domestic law cases and also well experienced in civil, criminal and cross-border cases derived from domestic law cases. He also devoted into issues and cases of domestic violence prevention, sexual harassment prevention and same-sex marriage legalization and advocacy, supporting marriage equality, gender equality and defending right of new immigrants, etc. Attorney Pan believes that besides assisting the clients in the litigation process, it is more important to let the client learn relevant laws and regulations during the litigation process, so that everyone can get to know the law. Therefore, the ideal that people can have basic understanding of the law which protects themselves can be realized.  This would also assist the client to find their direction to continue their life journey after the end of litigation.
